Meet the Doctors

Meet the experienced and friendly doctors who make Triangle Visions Optometry of Cary the leading provider of vision care products and services in Cary.


Jennifer Lyerly, O.D.

Dr. Lyerly is a 2011 graduate of the Southern College of Optometry where she matriculated summa cum laude and was named an Outstanding Clinician in her class. She provides comprehensive vision and ocular health examinations, with a focus on specialty contact lens fitting for conditions like keratoconus. She is a native of Clemmons, North Carolina, and was valedictorian at NC State University. When she is not at the office, she enjoys traveling and exploring new foods, cultures, and adventures with her husband.

 


Ryan Beyer, O.D.

Dr. Beyer is originally from Sidney, Nebraska. He did his undergraduate work in exercise physiology and pre-medicine at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Beyer then moved to Boston where he completed his Doctor of Optometry at the New England College of Optometry, graduating with clinical and academic honors. After completing his internships, he went on to complete a residency in hospital-based Optometry and ocular disease with the Boston VA Healthcare System, which included a rotation at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. He is a member of the American Academy of Optometry. His specialties include the treatment and management of ocular disease and injury, contact lenses, pediatric, and comprehensive eye care. Dr. Beyer has many and varied interests, but most relishes spending time with his wife Kristin and their children, Grant, Luke, and Grace.


Anthony Clark, O.D.

Dr. Clark is a graduate of N.C. State University and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where he graduated with honors in 1990. He has been practicing with Triangle Visions since 1994; his specialities include laser vision correction, contact lenses, ocular injuries and diseases, and pediatric eye care. He has been married to Demetrice Clark, O.D. since 1987. The Clarks live in Cary, NC with their six children: Caleb, Samara, Gabe, Anna Grace, Micah, and Josiah.

 


Brett Miller, O.D.

Dr. Brett Miller is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN where she graduated with honors in 2012. As a developmental optometrist, her specialties include pediatric and binocular vision along with vision rehabilitation. Dr. Miller is a member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development and will introduce vision therapy to our practice, specifically our Raleigh and Cary locations. She also specializes in primary care, including ocular disease management and contact lens fitting. During her time off, Dr. Miller enjoys running, spending time with friends, and serving on medical missions.


 Dee Dee Clark, O.D.

Dr. Clark is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she graduated with honors in 1990. She has been practicing with Triangle Visions since 1994; her specialities include contact lenses, ocular injuries and diseases, and pediatric eye care. She has been married to Anthony Clark, O.D. since 1987. The Clarks live in Cary, NC with their six children: Caleb, Samara, Gabe, Anna Grace, Micah, and Josiah.


Christopher Glupker, O.D.

Dr. Glupker is a graduate of Cedarville University and New England College of Optometry, where he graduated in 2002. His specialties include pediatric eye care, ocular disease management, and fitting of specialty contact lenses. Dr. Glupker enjoys basketball, hiking, and adventure racing, but ultimately prefers to spend his time with his wife, Aimee and their children, Olivia, Audrey, and Max.

 


Elana Scheiner, O.D.

Dr. Elana Scheiner was born in New York City, NY, and raised in Randolph, NJ. She graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology in 1993.

After 4 years of study she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at the prestigious New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA in 1997. It was there where she met her future husband and partner Dr. Michael Marino.

Dr. Scheiner furthered her professional education by completing a residency in low–vision rehabilitation at the West Haven VA Medical Center in West Haven, CT in 1998.

Dr. Scheiner relocated to North Carolina in 1999 to start her career with Fox Eye Care in Raleigh.

In October of 2000, Dr. Scheiner and her husband Dr. Marino opened their private practice as Family Eye Care of Apex.

She is well trained and enjoys providing patients of all ages the most comprehensive optimum eye care. She provides quality eye care for people who require yearly monitoring with no specific correction required and those who need eye examinations for eyeglasses and single vision and bifocal contact lenses.
