  • Education –

    Dr. Miller

    • I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology.  Then I went on to receive my Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, where I graduated magna cum laude.
  • Specialty/Expertise –
    • I’m the Director of Vision Therapy Services for Triangle Visions Optometry.  In April of 2017, I received my Fellowship by the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.  I lead our vision therapy, post-concussion rehabilitation, and sports vision training services.
  • When did you know that you wanted to be an optometrist –
    • I actually fell in love with optometry during college while working at the original Triangle Visions in RTP!  I was employed as a scribe by Dr. Clark and Dr. Glupker.  I spent all day in the exam room with two great doctors and knew this was exactly what I wanted to do!
  • Favorite part of being an optometrist –

    • The best part of my job is when a child graduates their vision therapy program and for the first time can read a book.  Not only can they finally read, but they actually WANT to read!  I love seeing the kiddos graduate the program with new confidence in themselves and the ability to reach their full potential in the classroom, athletics and socially.
  • Favorite vacation –
    • My favorite place to go on vacation is the beach!  I usually go to Sandbridge, Virginia where I paddleboard, run, and spend time with family and friends.
  • Favorite concert you’ve been to –
    • In high school, my dad got my friends and I tickets to see Beyonce, Alicia Keys and Missy Elliott.  I danced the WHOLE time!  Such talented women!
  • Fun fact –
